How to Control of The Fork Movements for Linde K10 K13

 

This instruction will show you how to control of the fork movements for Linde K10 K13.

 

Preparation:

Linde Truck Doctor v2.01.005 Diagnostic Software Installation Service.

 

Methods:

Two-hand control

To  select any movement, it is first necessary to press the relevant preselection key and then select both the required direction and  the speed by deflecting the control lever on the opposite side.

Important:

In order to influence the damping control and other transitions, it is necessary to first  select  the required movement using the relevant "preselection counter" and then to deflect the control lever.



Raising - lowering the cab lift

•  Press the preselection key (1) on the right

•  Using the left-hand control lever (2), select the direction of movement and the speed (or if applicable see diagonal travel). 

Raising - lowering the auxiliary lift

•  Press the preselection key (3).

•  Using the left-hand control lever (2), select the direction of movement and speed.Shifting the forks

•  Release the dead-man brake (activates brake). Press the preselection key (4).

•  Using the left-hand control lever (2), select the direction of movement and speed.Swivelling the forks 

•  Release the dead-man brake (activates brake). Press the preselection key (5).

•  Using the left-hand control lever (2), sel-ect the direction of movement andspeed.Diagonal travel Only possible inside an aisle.

•  Press the dead man brake (releases brake)

•By deflecting the two control levers in the corresponding direction, the movements "Drive forward-back" and "Raise lower cabin lift" can be combined at will.Both movements can be steplessly con-trolled.

How to remove Instrument Panel from Inside the Cab on Scania P,G,R and S series

 

This instruction will show you guide on how to remove instrument panel working from inside the cab on Scania P,G,R and S series.

 

Preparation:

Scania XCOM V2.30 V2.27 Dongle Emulator Free Download

Scania XCOM V2.30+Dongle Emulator Download & Installation Service

 

Procedures:

Remove the A-pillar panels.

Remove the covers on the driver's side.

Remove the covers on the passenger side.

Remove the lower storage compartment.

Remove the bracket to the lower storage.

Remove the defroster panel.

Remove the upper attachments of the instrument panel in the firewall.

Remove the pipe to the exhaust air vent, left-hand side of floor.

Detach the vertical steering column at the top.



Remove the cable harness and air supply on the driver's side.

Remove the door cabling (C14 and C18), floor cabling (C12, C20, C78) (and C8015, if fitted)

Remove the screws (C14 and C18) and floor cabling (C12, C20, C78) (and C8015, if fitted)

Attach the ground cable to the instrument panel cross member with cable ties.

How to Install Scania XCOM V2.30 Diagnostic Software



Remove the cable harness and air supply on the passenger side.

Remove the door cabling (C9, C25 and C218)

Remove the cable harness for the roof shelf.

Remove the cable harness and the central electric unit for BWE, between the instrument panel and floor lead-through.

Remove the compressed air supply, screw and electrical ground point (G).

Attach the cable harnesses for the door and roof shelf with cable ties to the grab handle. Attach the ground cable to the instrument panel cross member with cable ties.
